Each pack gets quality checked twice, once while packaging and again before shipping. We are confident that you will receive a high-quality product.

However, if you receive a wrong or faulty product, you have a right to return within 14 days of purchase. The return should include the faulty product. Please write to support@palmleaf.uk with product images, and we shall arrange a return at our cost, and give a full refund.

Return requests for other reasons, such as surplus or change in mind will be accepted after deducting a 25% administration fee or £10 whichever is lower. Customer bears the cost of return shipping. A refund will be provided only for products received in its original packaging
